In Pärnu market hall since 2017.

The idea of opening a new restaurant in Pärnu had been on three chefs' minds for a long time, but the plans only found solid ground in February 2017, when a spot was chosen at the Pärnu market. Intense work and planning followed, and in May 2017 Hõbe Taldrik — the Silver Plate — opened its doors.
